Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted. The 30-day period begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered to your address.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in its original, undamaged condition with all included parts and packaging
- Unused and free from signs of assembly, modification, or excessive handling
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
- Shipped back within 7 days of your return request being approved
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Packages returned without prior approval from our support team
How to Return an Item

- Await Approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a decision and, if approved, return instructions.
- Package the Item Securely — Repack the product in its original packaging if available. Include all components, accessories, and documentation that came with the order.
- Ship the Item — Send the package to the return address provided in our approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Important: Do Not Return Items Without Approval
Packages sent to us without a prior approved return request may not be processed and could be refused or discarded. Always contact support first to receive your return authorization before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges of $5.99 are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit before delivery).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a resolution — replacement or refund — at no additional cost to you. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
