Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We also fulfill orders for international customers in select regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins after your order has been fully processed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your confirmation email is sent.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from a pickup point, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate and find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
  • Photographs of damaged goods and packaging may be requested to assist in our review.

International Orders

For shipments outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping charge.
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
  • We are not responsible for packages held or refused by customs authorities.
